Hey ,
Did you ever talk yourself out of doing something that you know is good for you because you just didn't 'feel' like doing it? Of course you have. Everyone has. Well, for a long time I had heard about Mel Robbins' 5 Second Rule and didn't quite know what it was
about. I finally decided to read the book and boy is it a game changer for getting out of my 'feelings' and into action.

The Charge
by Brendon Burchard
My coach and mentor, Brendon Burchard, wrote this book nearly 10 years ago. What I love about his writings, is his extensive research into human behavior and the brain. This book will change how you think about your life and
ignite a fire within to lead a more fully charged life.
In fact, my private clients get coached on the 10 human drives in my program and it is powerful in activating what lights you up. It's one of the secrets to success and happiness.

Recently, I went back home to New Jersey to visit my 88 year old Dad. Those visits are always special and due to his age, also becoming more and more challenging.
I sent him my book when it was first released, and, he misplaced it. I wanted, more than anything to have a photo of him the with book that I dedicated to him. What an honor to be able to do so on this visit.
Moments like this are so special and I wanted to share it with you. If you haven't read The Intimacy of Race, the book is dedicated to my dad and includes some stories of the racism he faced as being one of the few Black police officers in Paterson, NJ in the
1960's.
You can grab your copy of the book here.
All the best,
