Seems like a lot of folks are enjoying my little find the puppy challenges on facebook.
In fact, I even had an old friend from high school pay her employee $5 to find Lexi for her because she was struggling to find her on her own.
I love that she was so committed to finding Lexi, that she reached out for support. She realized she needed help and was willing to pay to get the result she wanted.
Some of us are wasting a lot of time struggling. We think that asking for help means something negative about us. Most people are taking a long time to get the results that they want, just because they are insistent on doing everything on their own.
But you don't have to do it all and you don't have to do it alone. When you are struggling alone, you feel like a failure the majority of the time.
And, when we feel like we are failing, we rob ourselves of so much joy in being present for your family, friends and yourself. It's a huge sacrifice.
