How much do you need to unlearn?

Unlearning is harder than learning. Wouldn't you agree? We are so wired to think a certain way and to do things a certain way that it's hard to change those habits and patterns.

If you've ever driven the same route to work every day for many years, you know how sometimes you automatically go that way, even if you are not working that day and need to get groceries.

Our subconscious behavior is STRONG.
