I am so grateful and humbled to have been nominated to be an Inclusion 1st™ Ally, an exclusive group of badass entrepreneurs and thought leaders who are using their unique talents and skills to create inclusive practices, communities, and spaces where all people can thrive!

When it comes to creating an inclusive world, my motto has been, "all hands on deck."

Inclusion 1st, is an online community devoted supporting anti-racism for allies, when you don't know where to start.

As you may, or may not know, my FaceBook Group, The Intimacy of Race, has a similar mission.

I encourage you to continue having the conversations and taking advantage of the resources available for your learning in this very important mission of creating a culturally inclusive world.

How fitting to be able to close out Black History Month with honor. It's encouraging to be recognized for making a difference, however small, in dismantling racist ideas.
