I started listening to this book when Oprah had the author on her show/podcast and the audience
members were raving about it and I have to admit, although I love his content, listening to the author can put me right to sleep if I don’t keep moving. That being said, his work on being present, in the now, and aware of the impact of our thoughts, is something all of us would benefit from. We are sometimes, our own worst enemy and learning how are thoughts can sabotage our appreciation for our present can help us prevent unnecessary anxiety, stress, and worry.
