Believe it or not, I actually re-read my own book, The Intimacy of Race and with all of my doubts about my authorship, I’m genuinely surprised that it’s a pretty good book. It was actually chosen as a  Goody Book Awards Finalist, and was recently displayed at the San Francisco Writer’s Conference where I was also a featured speaker.
