I’m obsessed with being healthy and aging well. One of the books I recently read was Smarter Not Harder by Dave Asprey. You might know him from the Bulletproof diet and the Bulletproof coffee with butter and oil. I’ve
been following him on and off for a while.
Basically, I take what resonates with me for my health, and leave behind what doesn’t. My
biggest takeaways from this book were the supplements. Look, there is so much information out there, and a lot of it is contradictory. It’s hard to decipher what’s best for you.
What I encourage you to do is to learn as much as you can and experiment to see what works for your body. My body has changed over the years. What worked for me 20 years ago is no longer working now. It’s frustrating and that’s why I’m on this mission to level up my knowledge in this area. I'm happy to pass some of those resources along to you.
