I read this book to help me understand men better. Let me explain. Obviously, men and women process emotions differently, and as a result, it’s hard for us to understand and have compassion for these differences. Women tend to talk. Men tend to shut down. Shutting down upsets the women. Talking about it makes the men uncomfortable. 

This was my attempt to develop more compassion and understanding for the male experience, and I think this book will be a valuable resource to both men and women. 

We are entering the holiday season, and a lot of emotions are felt during this time based on our past experiences and current situations. This book will give you another perspective on men and how depression manifests for them.

This Netflix series is a modern-day French version of Robin Hood, Inspired by the adventures of Arsène Lupin, a gentlemen thief. I love the storylines, the cast's diversity, and the series' entertainment value. It’s fun and intriguing at the same time. I think you will enjoy it as much as my husband and I have.
