You are not a procrastinator. You have a habit of procrastination. That habit kicks in when you are tasked with doing something hard that you may be judged for, don’t like doing, or need to do but is low on the list of priorities.
What often happens when you procrastinate is that you distract yourself with social media, online shopping, cleaning, or anything other than the thing that you need to do. I get it. I know what it feels like to suddenly google something that I don’t
really need just because I’m curious and may need it someday.
Sound familiar?
When I’m afraid to make follow-up calls to potential clients, I lose business. When I don’t have the difficult conversations I need to have with my spouse, it builds resentment. When I put off working out, I don’t feel good in my body. The list goes on and
on.
If I would just do the thing, I would have more money, deeper relationships, and better health. But when the thing is hard, finding something on Amazon or posting on social media is way more fun. But at what cost?
Whatever your habit of procrastination is doing to you, it’s time to get a handle on it. That’s why I’m inviting you to the encore presentation of my free masterclass,
Beat Procrastination: How to Remove Distractions and Increase Productivity without Guilt, Overwhelm, and Exhaustion.

result, we are not performing at or feeling our best, affecting every aspect of our lives. Let’s stop this habit of procrastination or at least get a handle on it.
