Hey , I know it’s been a while since I’ve shared this newsletter with you. I’ve changed team members and we’ve been in a transition period, much like dating and a new relationship. Because of this, I had to shift my
priorities and you know how I feel about having clear priorities and focusing on what’s important now. Before the month of June is gone, I want to share some resources with you that will help you
grow, reach your goals, and maybe have some fun. READING The Power of Vulnerability by Brené Brown |
I pretty much love all things Brené Brown and I finally got to reading, well listening to this book. I love Audible because I can accomplish more things and fill my brain with healthy messages. I love what she says in this book about being busy
and exhausted. She literally states how exhaustion is a status symbol and how being busy is being important. How many times have you asked or answered the question, “how are you?” with “good but really busy”? Don’t you feel important knowing there is so much demand for your time, energy, and effort? I actually hate when folks assume

the course and continue the journey and not give up. But, if I’m really being honest with you, (continue reading HERE…) |
Okay, before you judge me, hear me out. It’s my guilty pleasure for sure, but in addition to that, what these folks have built is a masterclass in
business, whether you like it or not. The petty whining is annoying and the consistency to keep going and be persistent when people are criticizing you at every turn is a lesson in resilience. Honestly, could you put up with that level of judgement and criticism in everything you say, do, wear, and how you look? Agree or disagree with their level of
celebrity, they have built an empire with no real talent from just being real (and I say that tongue-in-cheek). But seriously, all that without any opioid scandals and overdoses. That’s impressive. Well, that’s it for this episode of What’s Eva Reading, Writing, and Watching. Thanks for your patience while I prioritized other things in my life. I appreciate you and please share anything you recommend for me to read and watch. All the best, |
