Hey ,
Everyday there is a reason to
celebrate! I know it may not seem like it at times, but celebration is an integral part of winning and success. And, if you haven't gotten into the habit of incorporating daily wins in your life, you are setting yourself up to feel burnt out and exhausted inside.
You've accomplished a lot to get to where you are today. You have so much to acknowledge and be proud of. You are making an impact whether you realize it or not.
Think about everything you've done and all that you
overcame in your life. Think about your career, your relationships, your education, and your passions. You may not be where you want to be yet, but be kind and patient with yourself and recognize the fact that you haven't given up and you are still moving forward.
Tomorrow, I'm celebrating my 13th wedding anniversary. We've been together 20 years and married for the last 13 of those years. Just 5 short years ago, I didn't know if we would still be together. We had a huge breakdown of
pain and trust. It was hard.
What saved us, in a nutshell, was personal growth and development. The work that we did and continue to do in personal growth is what keeps our relationship thriving today.
I urge you to have a plan for your personal growth. Don't think that wishing, hoping, thinking, and praying about who you want to be are enough to get you there. The greatest work that you will ever do is the work that you do on yourself.
So celebrate you and everything about you. Past,
present, and future. Your best future self is waiting to come out. Don't keep the door locked. Coaching is the key to unlocking the door to the best future you can imagine. I know from experience. It's the reason I'm celebrating today.
Here's to you and all you have to celebrate today and everyday.
